PNG and JPG render a page as an image. TXT extracts a text stream. DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX are working outputs with different limits, so review content and layout.

For a small visual correction, direct PDF editing is often more predictable than a round-trip conversion.

Compare before delivery

Open the output in its target software and check pages, tables, images, figures, and line breaks. A download alone does not validate a conversion.
