Steps

Open PDF Scene and choose the source file on your device.
Import the CSV, review separators and encoding in the rendering, then adjust the document.
Review the generated pages and use editing tools if needed.
Open Export and choose PDF to generate the result.

CSV has no page layout: separator, encoding, and width determine readability. Check accents, empty values, and long columns before export.
