Extract PDF pages. Share only what matters
Extraction creates a focused copy from a larger dossier. It suits sending a few relevant pages without sending the rest of the source document.
Steps
- Import the PDF and open the Pages panel.
- Select pages to keep, including non-adjacent pages when needed.
- Check their order and remove unrelated material.
- Export the new PDF and open it before sharing.
Choose a useful selection
For evidence, keep the page that gives context, not only the page with the desired number. With several pages, check that their order still makes sense.
Non-adjacent selection can combine a form with its signature or several appendices for one reader. Do not select only because a thumbnail looks familiar.
Reduce sensitive context
An extract can limit distribution of an HR, legal, or financial dossier, but read every kept page: sensitive information may be in a footer or appendix.
Open the exported result and look for pages that should not have left. Keep the source separately so the share copy is not confused with the original.
Output and checking
Selection and export happen in the browser. The final file keeps rotations and annotations on retained pages; check the first and last page.
Free output carries a watermark. A clean-export credit or Pro removes it.
