Add a page to a PDF without losing the order

An added page can be a cover, separator, appendix, or space for a later note. Place it in the Pages panel, then use thumbnails to check its position.

Steps

  1. Import the PDF and show the Pages panel.
  2. Choose a blank page or import the needed source page.
  3. Place it after the cover, before an appendix, or at the required position.
  4. Check order and export the complete dossier.

Choose blank or imported

A blank page can hold a cover, divider, or later signature area. An imported page suits a missing form, separately received appendix, or already laid-out document.

When the page comes from another PDF, check its orientation and size in thumbnails. A landscape page does not need rotating just because other pages are portrait.

Check its place in the dossier

After inserting, read the previous and next page. A cover after an appendix or a divider inside a form can make the file difficult to follow.

Printed references in existing pages are not renumbered automatically. If the new page changes visible pagination, make a separate text correction and review it.

Prepare the export

Open the final PDF to check the inserted page, orientation, and content. If it contains sensitive information, confirm it belongs with the same recipient as the rest of the dossier.

Insertion is local in the browser. Free output carries a watermark; a clean-export credit or Pro produces an unmarked copy.
