PDF Scene

Edit a PDF. Keep every tool in one workspace

Correct text, add visual elements, and organize pages in one unified PDF editor. Editing and export are free and unlimited. Free adds an “Edited with PDFScene.com” watermark; Pro exports without it.

Steps

  1. Open PDF Scene and import your document.
  2. Choose the right tool to edit text, annotate, draw, or manage pages.
  3. Review every change in the preview.
  4. Open Export to generate the result with Pro.

What you can actually change

PDF Scene separates existing text from text you add. For a small correction, detection turns recognized text into editable blocks; for a note or signature, add an object without rebuilding the page.

Pages remain manageable while you edit: rotate, delete, duplicate, insert, and reorder them before the same export.

  • Text: content, size, color, alignment, and style.
  • Visual elements: shapes, highlights, drawing, images, and signatures.
  • Layout: order, orientation, and blank pages.

When converting to Word is the wrong shortcut

Converting a PDF to an office file and back can move line breaks, fonts, and tables. For a small fix, editing the rendered page usually preserves the original visual reference better.

If the document must be rewritten completely, PDF to Word may be the better route, provided you review the layout.

Check before exporting

Zoom in on amounts, dates, and objects near images. Check rotated pages and objects placed beyond the page edge. The export follows the preview, while the original PDF remains the reference for a visual comparison.

Editing runs in the browser. No account is required; the Free watermark applies to output and Pro removes it.

Frequently asked questions

Do my files leave my device?

No. Document processing runs locally in the browser.

Can I correct existing text?

Yes. Use editable text detection, then review the font, position, and line breaks.
