Duplicate a PDF page without rebuilding it
Duplication creates a new page from an existing page, including its visual content and annotations. It suits repeated bases but requires removing data that should not be copied.

- Import the PDF and open a thumbnail menu.
- Choose Duplicate on the model page.
- Move the copy into position and edit its objects if needed.
- Check both pages before export.
Create a repeatable base
Duplication suits a cover, divider, or form whose layout repeats. The copy becomes a document page that can be moved or edited.
It is not the same as inserting a blank page: layout and existing objects remain. Use blank insertion when no content should be copied.
Avoid copying personal data
A copy can contain a name, date, amount, or visual signature. Compare model and duplicate, then replace or remove values that belong only to the first instance.
The same check applies to annotations and images. Duplication is fast, but it cannot know which data is specific to the original.
Check the output
Check the copy’s position in thumbnails and open the exported PDF. Free adds a watermark; a clean-export credit or Pro removes it.
